it is not possible to work with multiple keywordtest-logs at the workspace. if you have one opened and opens another one, the first opened one will disappear.

Oh thanks. I did not saw this option :)
In test complete options, Engines > Log, there is a acheck box for open logs in the same panel. Uncheck that and you will get this functionality.
