Changing the log item name using script.

Hi,

Changing the names of log items from the execution plan is possible, however requires manual intervention. Is it possible to add the feature so that it can also be done using scripts.

For Example: "Test 4/24/2022 0:00:00 AM" possibly be replaced as "Test_Build0.00_Version0.00_4/24/2022 0:00:00 AM" using scripts for identification purpose.
