Users reach out to the community when stressed facing a problem, and one is not expected to be intimate with rules and etiquette. Some users tend to bypass marking post as solution.
It would be nice for new posts to include a text reminder note to give a like and mark as solution. Also a nodge email for dormant post not marked as solution.
