The "Clone Test Step" dialog window reduces data entry fields to be so limited as to not be useful for long text (which is almost always). There is a lot of wasted space where the data entry fields could have been made longer than they are. The UI expert who designed this might not be an actual user of the tool it seems. In this example the "TARGET PROJECT", TARGET TEST SUITE", TARGET TEST CASE" could all be extended (at least to the width of the "TEST STEP NAME" field) to see more of the content before shortening even further with the elipsis that shows there is more to view.
