Save Project pop ups should be limited to 1 instance

With some projects in progress that haven't been saved the Save Project pop up is a useful reminder however if I were to step away from the keyboard for a period of time and then come back I shouldn't have to clear multiple pop ups for a project for each iteration that the timer kicks in to remind me to save it
