Debug a VIRT Service

it would be ideal to have the ability to put a breakpoint the dispatch script and then be able to start the ready API with debug options enabled that would allow  a remote debugger to attach and then execute the request and then step through the request/response dispatch logic, currently we have to send a request through and hope that something comes from the transaction log to understand what response was sent and why
