Copy test ID or provide other manner to communicate regarding a specific test during a run

The scenario is as follows:

A tester is running a test and finds a step that is questionable in some way and needs to communicate with other team members about it.  Right now the test ID number and test name are in a blue bar but provide no way to copy them and the "Send Email" functionality isn't test specific.  This means having to manually type out a test ID in an email to collaborate with others about. 

This is inefficient.  Ideally, I should be able to send an email about a specific test "on the fly" so to speak with as little friction as possible.  If all else fails then copy the ID and name into a new email.  As of now even that doesn't appear to be possible.
