Add Sorting Capability to Test Set > Tests Tab

While creating test sets it would be helpful to be able to click the column headings on the Tests tab to sort them.  If you have a test set with some nontrivial number of tests and you're looking through them being able to sort them via ID, a custom field, or whatever else would be great.
