Retain the review materials section heading when scrolling a long list of files.

The section "Review Materials" becomes unreadable/unusable if you have several objects added and a lot of comments/defects are existing. When scrolling down, the heading of the table disappears, and ...

An interesting idea.  But, might that also be an indicator that you are reviewing too many items in a review.  Or, if too many bugs/comments were found, that the inspection material wasn't ready for a review?  (just food for thought)
