Currently notification emails are sent with the same text no matter what review template is being used. Because of this, I am finding that we need to put an explanation in the body of the notification (for example, "if this is for a workshop, you need to do this:" or "if this for a workshop, please disregard this email") which is often overlooked.
Based on the review template (formal inspection, informal review, etc) we would want the text of the notification to change, and sometimes we may not want to send a notification at all for certain events.
