Add “save to PDF button” on generated reports

From the Report page – after you run a report you have the ability to print the report (small printer icon show sup)   it would be nice if a Save to PDF option was available.   We need to save copies of our reports for auditing purposes, and only having a print option makes generating PDFs a multi-step complex ordeal.  

 

We should have the option of saving a report to a PDF file right from the report generation page.

    Just noticed this suggestion made it into Collaborator 11 - woo-hoo!!!

    Thanks for the comment.  There are indeed several work-arounds, but we didn't pay SB to purchase work-arounds  :-)

     

    We need to save reports for Quality, and it was just so surprising they had included a Print button but no Save button.

    Hi, I have a work-around to that request. If you install a utility such as PDF Creator on your PC, you can have the opportunity to print your report directly in a PDF file instead of hard printer. Hope it can help. Regards
