Once SmartBear acquired Bitbar this is now definitely a must-have feature for this testing environment. In my opinion, mobile testing has always been a weak spot in TestComplete. If TestComplete wants to be a competitive tool in mobile testing there are 2 things to do:
1) React Native support. (this framework is a standard these days)
2) Bitbar or other clouds for automation on real devices.
