Test Planning|| We need a feature to clone a test phase across releases

We need a feature to clone a test phase / test cycle from release to release inside a project. Currently, when we did this t is not allowing us to change the dates. If I create a new test phase it lets me to assign date. We expect to re-use existing test phases to the new release.
