Setup executable of ZEE should reflect SSL configurations in upgrade mode

If I configured a ZEE setup to use it with SSL certificates so that I only connect via https currently the upgrade to a newer version of ZEE only works well if I backup / restore manually my keystore and the web.xml files from two seperate folders (Provided under: https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZE/pages/1558437301/Special+SSL+Consideration). This is quite uncomfortable. I would be better when the keystore and web.xml files retain  during the upgrade. Kind Regards Matthias
