Have a option skip currently running test time during testing

It will be amazing to have a skip currently running test item when the testing is running. Instead of having only a pause and a complete stop.
During the development of the automated testing framework for my application, it got stuck somewhere, and I wanted to skip that item and test the other one. But I have to run the complete test again.
