Allow to Handle System Alerts Window( access to GPS) and other SpringBoards controls in iOS

it's a problem on way to Continious integration for iOS. Really it's simply required for iOS testing. it's a blocker level issue in TC.

window with allow GPS ...

this window appears and TC nothing can do with this...it's fail.

even workaround is not presented
