Allow Private Scrip scope to not display when picking alliable scripts to run

Allow for the use of the when marking a Sun/Function as Private it will not show up in the list of available opens when using keyword testing.  Sometimes you need helper functions that you shouldn't be calling directly outside of the class, however all subs/functions display when making the selections for RUN a script from a keyword.  This can be confusing to non-technical people when writing scripts as to what they should be selecting.
