Changing tab order is "must have".
But It's enabled only when mark was set for "Tools - Docking Allowed"
But when it's set to "enabled", the tab can be dragged out from editor workspace, which often leads to unnecessary restoring default docking.
Changing the tab order should be always enabled. When detaching it should be enabled only with "Docking Allowed" marked set active.
