Add Support for Developer Express RibbonControl Support of Version 23.3.5 and later on

Currently, TestComplete only supports Developer Express RibbonControl upto Version 21.1.3 which basically forbids tester to gain access of few WPF properties especially AutomationId developed using Developer Express RibbonControl with version 23.3.5 and later on. Please, update your support.
