Calling ReadyAPI test from testcomplete doesn't allow you to change the Environment at runtime making it difficult to unify which environment the API and UI test are using.
Currently this is static data within the ReadyAPI TestComplete project item. It would be useful if this could be parameterized in some way

Can some one consider this as high priority.
Priority of requests here is usually determined by "vote ups" by the community and the product roadmap.
However, I know that in TC 14 they've done some additional work with the integration of ReadyAPI and TestComplete. This MIGHT be resolved then. Try getting a trial copy of TC 14 and see if this works better there.
