Checklist improvement - 1

Need to have more than one checkbox per checklist item. Currently, when a second reviewer checks an item that is already checked the history shows that reviewer 1 checked it, then reviewer 2 unchecked it, then reviewer 2 checked it. The history becomes confusing when multiple reviewers are responsible for the same items in the checklist. We are subject to CCMI assessments and the Assessor likely will find plowing through the history to be less than optimal.
