Zephyr Squad REST API rate limits an how can I increese it

The Zephyr Squad REST API documentation says that the rate limits are:

Rate limits
1,000 requests per hour.
24,000 requests per day.
but my doubt is if that limits are for account/user or organization, and how can i increese that limits.
