Zephyr Squad not working in 9.4.2

Hi Team, Zephyr Squad is not working properly in my Jira. My Jira Version is 9.4.2, Please provide me some solution

Please perform hard reindex for the problematic project. if still problem persists raise support ticket with all logs and screenshots.
