Zephyr Squad, after clicking on 'Cycle Summary' the page layout returned is that of 'Test Summary'

How do I get to the Cycle Summary page.  When returned it shows the 'Test Summary' Page, without the options of adding a new cycle etc.  I am on Zephyr Squad.  Any help is much appreciated.   Thank...
