Sorry, I don't want to create new unnecessary thred.. My company are licensed users and we have issue with connecting Test Complete (15.69.139) to Zephyr Scale ( 10.0.0-jira9) and Jira (Jira 9).
We use jira as datacenter but it seems, that I'm not able to connect it via tutorial, but I'm getting this error (picture)
I think it's only this settings that keeps us from integrating it. What is correct input for this field, if I'm connecting to onPrem datacenter?
What is the field expectation for filling? When I use https protocol, it returns 404.
I would really appreciate your help, we can connect through zoom call or maybe just step by step walkthrough would be helpful.
