Since yesterday, February 19, using the Zephyr plugin in Jira Cloud is impossible. Test cases, executions, and cycles fail to load. After attempting to open the executions, it was just an unending spinning. And based on the queries in this forum, I can see that I'm not the only one with this issue.
My coworkers are experiencing the same issue after trying several browsers; We need this to be fixed as soon as possible.
the endpoint was right, Response is including the custom fields only when an execution is having an valid value in the field, if not its not getting included in response

I think you might be using a different endpoint. If you are looking to get the execution results of a Zephyr Scale test cycle then you should follow this: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-cloud/api-docs/#tag/Test-Executions
It will give you a return with custom fields. It looks like you are using a Jira API endpoint and not a Zephyr one from your description is that correct?
