Sort of - Here is a summary of the issue. When Smart Bear released the new functionality it was focused on new business & not so much existing clients. If you had Zephyr Squad and migrated to the cloud offering you remained on Zephyr Squad even though your JIRA plugin license shows Zephyr Essentials. On the other hand if you installed Zephyr Essentials as new, you would have all the functionality. We tested this in our Dev instance. This is where it gets ugly, as of this writing there is no direct upgrade path from Zephyr Squad to Zephyr Essentials however the vendor can assist in getting this done and is working on a self service release. Pretty much if you have Squad, you're frozen in time. At some point in the future Squad will go end of life and you will be forced to migrate. There is currently an upgrade path from Squad to Zephyr (full). We ultimately decided to go with the full version for 2 reasons. 1) its available now 2) it allows project by project migration where as if we went to essentials it was a big bang approach with no real good way to test it. I hope this helps shed some light on what is going on here because it is very confusing (to say the least).
