reliability issues

We are new users to zephry squad and are regularly having issues with lack of reliability. The zephyr squad related fields in the test issue type stop not responding. Test actions or test results cannot be added and eventually our users are getting also a ‘zephyr squad actions not responding’ error message. The status page there was no outages on the day we were experiencing this. Is this a common occurrence and is there anything that can be done.
