Name/Summary Field Missing in Field Mapping using TC's Importer

Few weeks back, when we import TC's using importer, it had a field called Name, in which we fill the Summary of the TC's. But now when we check it, the name field is missing in the importer. Due to which we are unable to upload the tc's.
