Migration not working from JIRA server to Cloud / due to license expiring

We are in the process of migrating from JIRA server to JIRA cloud ; our license for JIRA server and Zephyr for JIRA server have both expired, but we don't want to renew as we are about to migrate to the cloud - we would like to migrate our Zephyr data over using JCMA - but the Zephyr portion of the migration doesn't get kicked off and we are told we'd need to request a free trial in order to allow the Zephyr migration to work.
