Migrating Test issues and steps form one Jira system to another.
We are trying to migrate a large number of Zephyr test issues and steps from one Jira instance to another. We would like to export the Jira Zephyr test issues and import them into another project in the other Jira instance. When exporting the Jira test issues, the 'Zephyr testcase' field is blank. Is there a proper way for us to migrate all of our Jira test issues and the corresponding steps to a new Jira instance?

You can do this with taking database backup and restore. Following is suggested KB document on backup and restore.

We recommend native database backup is more reliable than the XML backup because xml restore is not stable.
