Import tests - Not shows "Step" and "Result" fields when import file mapping

Hi all,

When I try to import test cases in Jira Zephyr Squad (Server edition, 6.2.7), the assistant doesn't show the following fields when I map with the excel file: Steps, Results and Testdata.

 

According to the official documentation, it should be appear: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-squad-server/docs/tests/import.html#internal-importer


Does anyone have an idea? I attach a screenshot with my issue and what should be shows.

    Rafael,

    I had the same problem. You will need to add the Zephyr Teststep custom field to the Create screen for the Test issue type. After doing that, you will see the Step, Result, and Testdata fields.
