I add custom fields to Test Steps in Zephyr Custom Field but they don't show up when I configure

Thanks for providing the screenshots, everything in the set up looks correct and it should be showing in the test steps after it's been enabled. There seems to be an error going on, please enter a support ticket for troubleshooting - https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-squad/message/
