Getting Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND prod-api.zephyr4jiracloud.com

I am able to connect the JIRA hosted on cloud and able to fetch the bugs and created testcases but not able to connect zephyr for testcases execution details, cycles and getting below errors while unticking the HTTPS protocol from settings: Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND natwest.atlassian.net Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND prod-api.zephyr4jiracloud.com On eclipse error - java.net.UnknownHostException: No such host is known (prod-api.zephyr4jiracloud.com).

Please help me here how to read execution details.
