Zephyr scale validation package (for medical device companies)

Hi, 

I would like to know if you can provide a software validation package for Zephyr Scale. 

Context: We are a medical device design company and we use Zephyr Scale (cloud) for test management. As part of the requirements of our quality management system, we need to validate the software we use for management our verification activities. 

Could you provide us with information on how Zephyr is validated / verified by Smartbear? A validation package would be ideal. 

Is Smartbear certified ? (please detail)

Do you use specific technical standards during the development ?  (please detail)

The objective is to demonstrate that Zephyr Scale is a validated software.
