Zephyr Scale: Is it free?

Hey guys!
Sometime ago, I installed Zephyr Scale from here.
It says that Zephyr Scale is free for teams that are less than 10 people, but in my Jira Accounts > Payments there is an info about the nearest payment date - 13 Dec 2022. 

So I'm not getting this - is it Free or not?
