Zephyr Import Markup (or Markdown)?

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to find the markup / markdown language that Zephyr uses. Context: my team is uploading test cases and including some SQL that needs to be ran during steps, but the import is changing out some of it as formatting code, so is there a code block or something that they can use while importing?

Also where is the documentation for this formatting? I found this, but it is outdated and there is no link in Zephyr that is supposed to point to the formatting documentation.
