While migrating Zephyr Scale from Jira Software to Jira Cloud using JCMA, the progress remains 17%

Hi,

I've tried to use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) with all projects in "testing stage" mode.

The progress of migrating the Zephyr Scale remains at 17% after 3 days.

But if I tried to migrate just one project, the migration progress of the Zephyr Scale was 100% but the status showed "INCOMPLETE", and I found the values in some fields of test cases become null. However, it has values in the Jira Software Server version.

Could you please help me check it out?
