We are not able to download bulk test cases

Hi Team,

We are not able to export the test cases to excel and while exporting the testcases the pop-up shows that downloading in-progress and it continues same for one hour and didn't changed anything and it is not even downloading.
Note: We are getting error while trying to export 1000+ testcases but if we try to export 100 it is downloading properly without any issue.

    Hi,

    It sounds like a problem for SmartBear Support. Size of the export is obviously a problem, but as to why, there could be a number of causes and hopefully the team at SmartBear can help you narrow that down.
