Unexpected server error

Question

I am getting an&nbsp;Unexpected server error every time I try to run an automated test case. I checked dev tools for more details and this is the payload:{message: "Unexpected server error", errorId: "45545c83-2dad-4400-ab8f-c40f7b2b68fe"}.I tried clearing my cache, and I also checked with my colleague if he can run the test. It didn't work.Can anyone please help me with this issue?
