Unable to add images in the expected results for cloned test case

Hello,   We are no longer able to add images in the expected results for the cloned test cases.   Does anyone have the same issue? It starte happening today (15th of September 2021)

I am also getting an error when I try to add an image from a URL, saying "Something went wrong. Please try again." I am trialing the tool and received this error on 24 September 2021.
