I am unable to add any folders /test cases in Zephyr Scale for one particular project. My colleague who has the same role permissions as me in the same project is able to add folders/test cases. Is there anything else I need to check?
I would double check your permissions for your role and projects. If the permissions look okay and you're still having an issue please enter a support ticket https://smartbear.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/42
Thanks . When I checked this morning, now it is working fine. Does it take time for the permissions to take effect once the roles are assigned to a user?
