The test case execution timer stops when I open a new tab
The test case execution timer in Zephyr stops counting accurately when I open a new browser tab. Instead of tracking the actual time spent, it only shows around 1 minute, even though it should be more than that
- Open Test run
- Select a test case
- Click the start icon next to the timer
- Open new browser tab
- A couple minutes later, switch back to the zephyr tab
=> The timer shows incorrect time.
I've attached the image for clearer explanation.
This sounds familiar, but I can't remember what the outcome was. I would contact SmartBear Support for a definitive answer. There may be a way to prevent this happening.
