TestRail to Zephyr Scale test migration in cloud

Hi Team We are not able to see option TEST RAIL option in the Zephyr Scale Cloud. Could anyone please let me know where can I enable it ? We are just seeing the Zephyr Scale and Excel CSV ...

I don't know the answer at the moment but I'm sure something like this has been asked before where an expected import option is not available. A search of the community posts might yield a result, or there's the support team (https://smartbear.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals).
