Restore Test Execution

Today I realised that it is entirely too easy to remove a test case from a test run! There's no confirmation prompt or anything that helps to make sure that you've selected the right test case.

I accidentally deleted the wrong test case from the run, and now have completely lost my execution results.

Is there any way to recover a Test Execution? I realise that whilst it's probably not possible via the GUI, I'm hoping that some Smartbear Zephyr techs can somehow do this from the backend?
