Practices with Pre Condition

Good mornging, 

We are using zephyr scale cloud.

What is the best practice to use pre-conditions which can be similar to a lot of test cases. Is there a way to easily linked a precondition to a lot of test cases (so as not to waste time copying and pasting)?
