"Parsing response failed" error inconsistently when attempting to upload screenshots to Test Steps

Hello,

We are using Zephyr Standard version 3.11.0 and are attempting to populate Test Steps with screenshots. When attempting to paste/save screenshots into the steps, we are inconsistently receiving a "Parsing response failed" error that is preventing the image(s) from uploading/saving. This error is occurring seemingly randomly and inconsistently - some images will upload without error and save correctly, others will throw the error, but, upon a complete closure and reopening of Zephyr, will then upload/save successfully. The problem does not seem to be specific to certain image files.

This is causing us a considerable amount of wasted time and frustration. Can anyone help? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

    Hi HypGannon,

    My organisation is experiencing the same issue, and I have logged a support case with Smartbear. I'll let you know what the outcome is.
