Not able to add BDD Style test cases

Hi Team,

My admin recently added Zephyr to our Jira Project and I'm unable to add test cases in BDD Style. Not sure if this has to be configured by our project admin or I'm doing something wrong.

I referred to existing screenshots, but I'm not seeing same UI.

Should we have 'Test' Issue type before we add BDD style test cases?

Could someone please help me.

    Test issue types are for the Zephyr squad, not for Zephyr scale.

    You can still used BDD but you will need to do it from within the Zephyr App. Your second screenshot shows the right place but you need to create and edit (blue drop-down - bottom right)

    After this you will have the option to edit the test steps shown here:
