Missing Test Script Results parameter in Update Test Execution

I'm currently using the V2 of the Update Test Execution API call. Using the Create Test Execution, I'm able to update each individual test script in the Test Execution; however, the updateTestExecution call doesn't have this ability. It would be great if this call had that optional parameter like createTestExecution so the test script can be updated in real time.
