Missing reports in Zephyr Scale in cloud
Hi, we recently migrated from Jira server with Test Management for JIRA to Jira cloud with Zephyr Scale. The server version provided 72 reports in four categories whereas the cloud version provides only 29 reports in two categories. Our testers are not happy. Am I missing something or has the number of available reports decreased? I acknowledge that we did two changes simultaneously: switching from TM to Zephyr Scale and switching from server to cloud. Is the lack of several reports a feature of Zephyr Scale or of the cloud environment? Is there anything we can do?

There are indeed differences between on-prem (Server/DC) and Cloud versions of Zephyr Scale. One of them is the number of reports available. All the differences are available here: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-server/docs/features.html
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do today. We might bring more reports on the Cloud version in the future but it is not planned in the short term.
